We found Poncho at the Memphis Flea Market and have a belief that he came from a puppy mill, rather than a caring breeder. Although we now know more about puppy mills and in no way support them, we are so glad that we got Poncho and have no regrets for purchasing him. He was 1.5 pounds when we brought him home at 11 weeks old. After getting him home it took many weeks to get him clear of the many parasites and viruses that he had when he joined our family. We firmly believe that we would not be with us today if we hadn't gotten him.
